Davina Robinson is a voice talent originally from Philadelphia, USA, and currently resides in Osaka, Japan.

As a singer and narrator, she has recorded jingles, corporate training and product videos, radio commercials, public announcements and more.

Having been a singer for many years, her career in narration began by doing jingles for Osaka radio station FM-802. Before long, her credits included projects for major brands, such as Nestle, Panasonic, CAPCOM, Nippon Ham, Kintetsu Railway and NHK World, to name a few.

Because of Davina’s background in both singing and acting, her voice is very versatile and ranges from soft and tender to loud and boisterous, depending on the voice required for a project.

Additionally, Davina has a Master’s degree in International Affairs, and has studied French and Italian, in addition to her years of studying Japanese. She has previous work experience as an English teacher, proofreader and interpreter, and is comfortable with voiceovers that may require these skills.

As script advisor, I have worked with Davina Robinson on numerous episodes of NHK World programs and other video projects on which she appeared as reporter, studio guest and narrator.
